Post Time Pete's 142nd Belmont Stakes Overview 2010

There's no Triple Crown this year, but that doesn't mean the Belmont Stakes won't be enjoyable to watch. Both Kentucky Derby winner Super Saver and Preakness winner Lookin at Lucky will not be running, which opens the field up for several possibilities.

I'm not ready to post my short list for the Belmont Stakes yet, but right now, like everyone else, I'm hot on Nick Zito's horses. My exacta right now would be Ice Box-Fly Down, but let's see where we sit after the Post Position Draw. Here's the field as it is shaping up now:
