Hoping to burnish her credentials for a possible run at Horse of the Year honors, Fred and Buff Bradley will send their Groupie Doll out to tackle boys Nov. 24 in the $350,000 Cigar Mile Handicap at Aqueduct Racetrack.
William DeBurgh, Jerry Hollendorfer, and Mark DeDominico's City to City made it a bustling finish in the John C. Mabee Stakes, hurtling down the center of the turf course to catch All Star Heartright on the wire to take the $250,000 event by a nose.
