Materiality is an undefeated Afleet Alex sired colt trained by Todd Pletcher. His wins include the Islamorada and the G1 Florida Derby. Despite his dominating performances, he's still relatively inexperienced, having only run in three races all as a three-year old.

We think Materiality may be a sleeper pick for the Derby. His inexperience may be a benefit and with a good post position, he may surprise a few.
