With no racing at Belmont Park on Sunday, handicappers will have four days to study up for Wednesday's pick six, which will begin the day with a $930,495 carryover after the wager went unhit Saturday at Belmont Park
Drosselmeyer came out of the Belmont well and now will target the Travers Stakes at Saratoga on Aug. 28, Elliott Walden, the racing manager for Drosselmeyer's owner, WinStar Farm, said Sunday morning at Belmont Park.
Monmouth Park officials say a horse running on turf for the first time in his career has set a new world record.
