In an effort to avoid another Life At Ten situation, the Breeders' Cup, Churchill Downs, and the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission have adopted new policies that will be in effect for this year's World Championships Nov. 4-5.
Richard Dutrow Jr., facing a 10-year revocation of his trainer's license, was given a reprieve Monday morning when a New York State Supreme Court judge issued a 30-day stay of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board's penalty handed down last week.
